Lovely place. Rooms are a bit snug but private bath comes complete with a whirlpool tub. The view is amazing and can be viewed from the rooms. Hot tub is in the shelter of trees and offers the same view. Boats and fishing supplies are available for guests' use and bug spray is provided. The kitchen and living room are... More

The hosts, Karen and Jim are adorable and kind. The Lodge is located next to a beautiful lake. Amenities such as a row boat, a paddle boat, a motorized boat are available at a nominal fee. Fire pit/wood, lounge chairs, patio, grill, satellite television are a plus! Karen even offered bug spray if we needed it. They sprayed the entire... More

First let me say Karen was nice, I only wish the description of the cabin had been more accurate. Water was the primary issue. The water in both faucets and the shower was brown and smelled. That is not an exaggeration. There is no mention in the advertisement that you MUST bring drinking water. Showering in it was bad enough... More

I spent a little over two weeks at the Daniel's Lake B&B. For the first part of my stay I was in the main house and the second half one of the cabins. Karen and Jim went out of their way to make it feel like a home away from home. While I was there I had a medical issue... More

We had a lovely stay at this bed and breakfast. We enjoyed the lake and went canoeing. We enjoyed the hot tub and spent time relaxing. The self serve breakfast was very nice. The host was friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again.

Stayed here 6 nights. I wish I had asked for and gotten a lake view room, but,the room we did get was roomy and comfortable. Tv and radio and walkin closet. Full sized kitchen and living/dining area. Very well stocked with everything you could need for breakfast. Gas grill barbeque (not rusted), actually, looked pretty new. Beautiful grounds. Dock with... More

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful setting with great ammenities. We had access to a washer and dryer. Only negative is Nikiski is very small and you pass through some industrial areas to get to the lodge. Woukd highly recommend. We stayed 5 nights.

What a treasure this place is. Karen and Jim were so welcoming and made all their guests feel like one family. The surroundings are beautiful, including the ducks and their babies, the different boats at our disposal, and the hot tub on the shore of the lake. This was truly heavenly. We could have stayed here much longer if only... More

We spent two nights at the Daniel's Lake Lodge B&B in the Hideaway Cabin....what a fantastic find! Karen and Jim were extremely helpful...they provided us with maps of the area as well as useful insight into where we could expect to see salmon spawning and the best places to eat in the area. The property has three boats to choose... More
