I had mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand it is a beautiful house in a wonderful location near the meeting of the Seward and Sterling highways, about 36 miles from Seward. The room we had was a decent size and had a balcony overlooking the grounds. It had all the conveniences you would expect in a place... More

Unfortunately I have to give this place one star because of their dishonest behavior in treating their customers. 1. Their wifi does not work. We tried multiple times to connect and it kept on failing. Other people who stayed in this place had the same issue and none of us manage to connect even the owner did spend time showing... More

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Inn in late June. It was a wonderful experience. The room was very nice & had a balcony with chairs that overlooked the lake and the nearby mountains. They also provided individual bathrobes for you which you usually only find in top hotels. The setting was fantastic. The owners (Rose and... More

I stayed at the Inn a couple of nights in late May while visiting the Kenai Peninsula. Everything about my stay was perfect. I could not recommend the room, breakfast, the grounds and the very pleasant and helpful owners (Rose and Jeff) any more highly. Simply, the best !

We did a land tour in Alaska from June 7 to 14, 2014 following a week cruise from Vancouver to Whittier. We stayed at 4 different B&B's, cottages, etc. in Anchorage, Talkeetna and near Denali. The Inn at Tern Lake was by far the best of the 4. The scenery is spectacular and the service and rooms were the best.... More

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Inn in early June, and that was not long enough! We booked the King Bed room, which was huge and looked out onto the grounds and mountain side. I must admit, I spent a good amount of time just sitting looking out the windows, either in our room, or down in... More

By far the BEST place to stay in the Kenai peninsula. Stayed for 3 nights and wish we had stayed there for the entire trip. Breakfast was fabulous, the views awesome and slept like a baby. Will definitely go back and stay with Rose and Jeff's place!

My husband and I stayed at the Inn at Tern Lake for 3 nights. It is a wonderful location from which to tour the Kenai Peninsula. The Inn was clean, beautiful, and quiet. rose and Jeff were very friendly and helpful. Our only wish was that the weather was better suited for sitting on the lovely deck. The grounds are... More

I am a very thorough researcher when it comes to lodging . This is by far one of the most incredible places to stay . When we arrived after a long day driving in from denali Jeff greeted us warmly . The first thing we did was sit in the lovely hot jacuzzi at sunset gazing at the mountains .... More

We just had our wedding at the Inn at Tern Lake. It was a fantastic day. Jeff and Rosie are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. They are incredibly accommodating and professional.
