My wife and I stayed in June's Suite the second week of July. This suite is basically a one bedroom apartment. It has its own private entry, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer. The room over looks the small boat harbor and the start of Creek Street in Ketchikan. It is within close walking distance of the tourist areas... More

I stayed in the Star Suite for three nights. The room overlooked Creek St. and the stream, which was lovely. Noise from tourists was not a problem as most left with the ships at the end of the day. The Inn is conveniently located to downtown and to various walking tours. Transportation to and from the ferry to the airport... More

What a wonderful hotel. The staff went well above and beyond to make our little vacation the most amazing weekend we could have. The hotel was an amazing piece of Ketchikan history and a wonderful place to spend some time relaxing. Thanks for a great time

Stayed at the Inn at Creek Street recently. Nice location to all restaurants and walking to shops. The rooms are up a very steep set of steps. My carpet has not seen a vacuum or cleaning in sometime. Not quite what other reviewers had. Average at best.

Don't expect the Four Seasons but if you want the experience of a mini-apartment on the river, this will do nicely. A living room, kitchen on the first level (but access up a flight of stairs from the Creek Street Boardwalk) and a sleeping loft accessible from a circular stairway this very clean and convenient accommodation is for you. Just... More

My two sons and I stayed at the Preacher's House which is available from the New York Hotel. It has everything you need to comfortably accommodate at least four people. The kitchen is modest but well stocked with the necessary "tools" to cook a meal or grab breakfast. I give a five star rating to the hotel staff...very accommodating and... More

The location is great being right next to creek street and the woman that picked us up from the airport ferry, checked us in and then drove us to the Alaska Marine Highway ferry 2 days later is a very sweet person. The price is also very good and the hotel has an adorable historic look throughout. The only reason... More

Ads claim "airport shuttle" but in reality you have to purchase a ticket to ride the ferry from the airport to the port and the Hotel folks will pick you up from there and drive you to the property. A family of 4 will spend $48.00 just for the ferry charges. Surprise!!!!! The carpet in our room was never vacuumed,... More

The folks at the Inn at Creek Street were very nice - warm and responsive. It's a simple spot - rustic and homey. The bed could be more comfortable but the room was cute and clean and the bathroom was updated and spacious. We only stayed one night and it was perfect for that purpose. The bar downstairs played some... More

Our room was at the top of 19 stairs and worth every step! This is not your fancy, over the top hotel room, but instead an old fashioned room with the necessary imenities (coffee pot, small refrigerator and upscale beauty products in the bathroom). The best part was the view of the harbor right across the street and Creek Street... More

Hi Jackie, It's great to hear you enjoyed your stay in Ketchikan. We also love the rock wall and greenery in the back, along with the breathtaking view of the harbor. As we've restored the historic properties making up the Inn at Creek Street & New York Hotel, we included modern touches that would help make our guests comfortable—we're happy... More
