They were not morning people, Robert would on the most part be grumpy in the morning and Abby on the most part also! I over heard Robert a couple of times be upset with the customers and that's no way to be treated. At times I felt they didn't wont to be there!!!

Thank you for your review of our services. It is rare that we get a review like this. However, I would like to respond. It looks like this review is only focused on interaction with a couple of our employees. I apologize that our lodge staff was perceived as grumpy in the morning. We always aim to provide excellent service,... More

The lodge was rustic but spacious and we were really well looked after: accommodation rooms comfortable and clean; the breakfasts delicious. All the fishing trips were great: with great guides and good equipment. We caught heaps and heaps of fish and everyone was always so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My fiancée and I stayed at Jimmie jacks in late aug. The lodge was much nicer and larger than we expected. Very cozy and welcoming. yhe location is right on the beach. So it made for nice evening walks and fires. The guides were all friendly and fun to be around. When you're on a boat for a few hours... More

Outstanding trip. Our cabin was fantastic. The fishing was great and we caught a ton. We took a lot of incredible fish home. All of the guides and everyone at Jimmie Jack's did an exceptional job. The food was a real treat.

6 nights at Jimmy Jacks "Miners" cabin, cabin was rustic. Fishing trips were all good, guides were all great, equipment was all good. The trip we liked best was the fly in silver salmon trip, got to see some bears. Wildlife everywhere (moose, elk, ducks, geese, eagles, bear. Most scenic trip I've ever been on!

Everybody has a bad day from time to time , and people that offer a service often get tired of dealing with the public , day after day.... But when you end up paying $586.00 for a 3 hour charter that usually lasts 6 to 8 hours and you come back w/ approximately 12 lbs. of halibut...and your the ONLY... More

We have 3 goals on any of our charters: 1. To Be Safe, 2. To Have Fun, & 3. To Catch Fish. Captain Charlie was consistently catching big halibut this summer, and has been leading the fleet, but this is always weather dependent. On this day the weather was rough and calling for worse. Charlie and I were in contact... More

Limit on Sockeye fly-out with bears, 3 halibut over 100# and 2 over 50#, limit on kings. What else would you like to know? Great staff, great lodging, great guides and unparralled scenery. Oh, Fedex shipping for fish.... about a grand..... and it was worth every penny!! David Mississippi Now, anything else??

The lodge and fishing package was very well organized and I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a great fishing experience. The guides were excellent, we limited out on all species of fish everyday. The chef and lodge staff were super friendly and cooked amazing breakfasts each morning. The lodge was always clean. My one and only complaint... More
