First off, this is a budget hotel, so expectations of the room should not be high. However, I thought most rooms would come with a kitchenette, but ours did not. If you want one, you should specify when you make a reservation. Restaurant food in Juneau is very expensive, so it might be a good idea. The room was bare... More

24 hour shuttle! Wonderful! I usually have odd travel hours between ferry/airport and only staying for a few hours. The rooms I have had are VERY basic but works for me. Every time they have been clean with great front desk staff. The building & rooms aren't pretty but clean & worth the price.

Excellent well priced place to stay close to the centre of town. We were made feel very welcome and all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help.

I think the quality of rooms varied greatly at this hotel and we probably stayed in the worst of the lot. It was small and stuffy and much in need of an update. No a/c generally isn't a problem in Juneau but with no other ventilation than the door and small front window we had to leave the door open... More

We stayed in the hotel for 10 days and had a fabulous time. We rented a ground floor two bedroom apartment. It was clean, stocked with dishes, dish towels, pot & pans, microwave, fridge and stove, leather couch, table and chairs; a queen bed in one room and a pair of twin beds in the other; a color flat screen... Thank goodness I was only staying one night then catching an 8:00 am ferry to Sitka. After arriving at the airport at 9:00 pm I was exhausted, 12 hours of travel, 3 hour time change and still daylight. All I wanted to do was sleep. I would have expected to pay $39 a night for a place like this. Not... More

This motel is a step up from your typical motel 6 or super 8. No frills, a bit dated, but pretty clean. It's convenient to downtown and has good wi-fi.

They did pick us up at the airport. The ride out to the ferry dock left at 0530, no if's and's or but's. The ferry didn't leave till 0800 and the guy at the desk was pretty rude about where we could get breakfast. "There's stuff at the ferry building," was his reply. There was not. The van was crammed... More

We had a 2 night booking on our tour of Alaska. We arrived by ferry at 11 pm, and were picked as arranged. Great . Our room was comfortable, clean,,and amenities more than other places. June at reception was a great help with our queries of the town. They then transported us back to airport when time to leave. Couldn't... More

We found this hotel to be very clean, although it is an older hotel. It is small but if you are only sleeping there you have nothing to lose, except more money paying for a hotel elsewhere. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. There is a grocery store, Alaska Club, bowling alley, bars, restaurants, and tourist facilities nearby... More
