Our stay at the hotel was nice with one exception. Noisy! The Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was the same Cont., the older couple that cleans the rooms was precious. He is very concerned with changing the sheets, that must be his job! Juneau was wonderful and so was the stay at the Hotel just the noise. more

Great location and the have transportation to the airport, ferry, resturants and downtown. Stayed there 2 nights 2 days apart and enjoyed our stay. Most hotels do not provide transportation like this one does. And one of the best resturants is a block away in a Small Best Western that is GREAT!! more

Stayed at the Country Lane twice in May 2008 when coming and going from Skagway. The Inn is close to the airport and we never found the airport noise to be a problem at night. Staff was exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. Morning breakfast was available early and kept us from having to get in our rental car each morning... more

Stopped over in Juneau for a night on the way to Skagway. The location was ideal for us being very close to the airport. We were very pleased with the free transfer service which picked us up from our delayed flight and dropped us back at the airport in the morning. We did however have to wait about 20 minutes... more

Having missed our cruise ship in Seattle, we booked this BW Country Lane Inn for one night and flew to Juneau to meet the ship there. The front desk staff and the shuttle bus driver were above and beyond in friendliness and understanding of our situation. We appreciated their helpfulness and hospitality. more
