We didn't want to stay in one of the hotels in town so opted for this, partly due to the TA recommendations and because they had a nice looking web site and seemed efficient when I called. The location is not great, plus the rooms do overlook water, but there is a main highway bewteen you and the water which... more

The facility is quite nice even if it is located near a busy road which can be heard at night. The breakfast cook is very nice and helpful and breakfasts are very good although they only seemed available at a uniform time of 8:30. This b&b suffers from the lack of an on premise owner. When we arrived, there was... more

The staff was relaxed, talkative and helped us with ideas to fill some of the free time we had while in Juneau. If we were there for fishing, we would have had access to the perfect person for local tidbits of info. It's close enough to downtown to be convenient, but far enough out be a good Juneau B&B destination... more

It is a very nice home in a quiet location. We stayed during the off season but there was a soccer game in town so there were other folks in the B&B the same time we were there. There was some confusion on the first night and we were not in the original room that we were originally booked it... more

If you don't want to stay at one of the more standardised motels in town or a lodge far away from town, then Alaska Wolf House is perfect: a very nice, individual B&B in a quite part of Juneau with good views. Jeff is a great host who helps organising fishing trips and other outdoor activities. We enjoyed talking to... more

Even though we live here in Juneau, my husband and I enjoyed staying at the Alaska Wolf Lodge. We really felt like we had a mini vacation. The lodge is quaint and very homey. We had complete quiet and seclusion. Barbara was very pleasant and we would recommend this Alaskan getaway to others. more

My father and I spent 1 week up in Juneau, AK and stayed at the Alaska Wolf House the entire time. It was a great experience. Jeff has made this an even better B&B than it has been for the past 40+ years of its history. Food is great, and Jeff's local knowledge and facinating stories will make your trip/stay... more

This was my second stay at the Alaska Wolf House. Once again it was excellent. I have absoutely nothing to complain about. Jeff and Becky were away but Barb was very helpful as usual. The directions are accurate but remember to begin measuring at the airport and not the ferry terminal otherwise you may be driving around for awhile. more

The house is beautiful and cozy, our room was large and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Jeff is a great host, awesome chef and is very interesting to talk to. The other guests were also lovely. Buses ran right out front but most things were in walking distance. The view of the canal (I... more
