This was a regular three bedroom house with a great room. There was not enough separation between the family quarters and guest quarters. if one sits inside the house, the hosts were usually there with the TV on. Each room is crammed full of figurines and stuffed animals. One can ignore them, but it was too much for me. Also,... More

Feels like we now have friends in Juneau since we stayed with Bruce and Judy. Very clean, quiet and best of all, out of the downtown Juneau area. Close to Mendenhall Glacier. Would recommend this friendly B&B. Love the blackout shades on the windows.

We stayed four nights with Bruce and Judy and they are an absolute wonderful couple. If you have the time to sit and talk to them, they have a wealth of information about Juneau and will tell you all of the best tours and places to go. Since it was a little hot when we went August 1st long weekend,... More

Okay, the rooms were crammed with all kinds of kitschy figurines, stuffed animals, etc. and Judy just talked way more than I was happy with. However, she and Bruce were both welcoming and solicitous of our comfort, and the breakfasts were wonderful with eggs and smoked salmon and spruce tip (homemade) syrup. For our early morning on the ferry, she... More

During a recent family vacation, my sister & husband, and my wife and I stayed two nights at A Cozy Log B&B. If you're looking for privacy in a B&B check around for another B&B. The two rooms we rented were down the same hall as the master BR/bath occupied by the hosts (the shared guest bath is just off... More

When I called to ask about a room, I was in a bind. I had just arrived from my move up from Denver, and my house wasn't ready to move into yet. I needed a place to stay for the night until my furniture was delivered. Although this was before the tourist season, and they weren't yet fully ready for... More

We stayed at A Cozy Log while we were in Juneau for our daughter's wedding. Bruce and Judy are fantastic hosts! They made us feel very comfortable during our 6-night stay at their B&B. The beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. Judy makes her own raspberry jam and spruce tip syrup! They have an older large dog, Abby,... More

We spent 5 nights at the Cozy Log B&B and would definately stay again. Although we just met Bruce and Judy, we feel like they are family. Judy puts out a great breakfast each morning. This was our first trip to Juneau and we just wanted to explore. They were very helpful in guiding us to the local's favorite things... More

Had a wonderful time at this B&B. The couple that run this business are very pleasant and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again on a future trip to the area. I hope to bring my wife one of these times so she can meet these people and enjoy Juneau. A very quiet location.
