I have stayed at this hotel several times. When it was the Aspen it was a pretty good hotel. Then after it was sold, it seemed to suffer. I ended up back at the hotel this week for a school soccer trip and I have to say the hotel was great. Our room was very clean. The beds were way... more

The hotel has the essentials, but deluxe is a misnomer. Yes, it is convenient - you can see the flight line from the hotel windows and it is easy to walk to/from the airport. Why not deluxe? There is no maid service unless you pay extra. Internet is extra. No shampoo or other items in the bathroom; however, we ran... more

Place is dirty. Clean rooms one a week. No change for washing machines. Won't hold luggage for one day while I travel to Sitka and back ...so I'm going somewhere else. Breakfest is a joke no lids for the coffee cups should I go on? Don't stay here..... more

On a two week vacation in AK, this place managed somehow to be the most expensive and worst accomodation at the same time. They lost our reservation, carpets were dirty, mold growing in the shower, and the pool was closed. No breakfast when we got downstairs in the morning. They advertise the "best hotel chain in AK" Somebody has never... more
