They charged me for an extra room. I contacted them by phone and U.S. mail with documentation showing the over charge ($136.73). They never called back. The services provided for shipping fish are excellent. The cleaning station, freezer, and Fed Ex service are just tops. The hotel maintance employee is most helpful and delightful.
