Coyote Bend is a little known gem of Homer. It is run by Kim and Gordan Terpening, local artists. They have a suite at the end of their house that they rent. Didn't see it, can't say anything about it. They also have the Cottage, tucked away on a secluded corner of their property. The cottage consists of a dining area, a living room, a full kitchen, a bedroom and a bath with a skylight and a full size TUB ! Oh, yes, it also has a loft that could sleep two. In addition, it has a wrap around deck, complete with 4 comfortable padded chairs and a nice Weber gas grill. You cannot see Kim & Gordan's house from the cottage, so you fell alone in Alaska. (For us, that was a good thing.) It has a TV & phone. The cottage had flower beds and hanging baskets. We stayed for three nights and were visited by mommy and baby moose all three mornings.
