Stayed in this property many years while vacationing in Alaska. Stopped staying there when we purchase our own property in Alaska. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Fishing is wonderful. Near very good restaurants. Nice view.

LOCATION High in the hills with great views overlooking the bay. Short drive away from the Spit and amenities such as restaurants. ACCOMMODATION We stayed in the Eagle’s Nest which is the top floor of the duplex in the grounds of the main house. Lovely cathedral windows, giving great views of the bay. My husband and I stayed with Laurie for the first time at the end of July. Laurie had home baked goodies and milk waiting for us when we arrived. She offered a lot of information on Homer, where to go, what to see, several good places to eat, etc. The view from this B&B is AMAZING! Laurie has a beautiful... More

We had a party of 10 that stayed there for 4 nights while we fished in Homer. The place is very clean and convient to access the spit and other attractions in town. This worked far better than any hotel would have and was far more reasonable for a large group. Laurie was very good to work with and provided... More

We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the upstairs of a duplex cabin and the view of part of the town, the bay and mountains was incredible. The owner, Laurie, provided muffins each morning that were delicious. We were on the end of a two week scenic drive all over Alaska, so were pretty tired by then... More

Laurie made the stay on the mountain with amazing views of the bay and mountains a delight. We were greeted with delicious muffins and a well kept property with fantastic views and a true home feel. We stayed in the Eagles nest (upstairs) and would recommend to anyone that wishes a quiet comfortable stay in a well located unit for... More

Place worked out great for my adult son and I for 4 nights. Terrific views. I was perfectly OK with the baked goods and preferred the privacy of being in a seperate building. I was on vacation and did not even check into the internet. I would go back if I ever return to Homer.

I wouldn't call this a bed and breakfast. Just some cereal and coffee to make yourself. Poor internet connection so don't plan on getting anything done online while here. Otherwise a pleasant stay with nice yard.
