The owners are so kind, the cabins are beautifully decorated, the scenery is spectacular, and it is a peaceful place to stay. A wonderful place to come home to after a long day in Denali. And best of all- the candy jar and window seat in the Willow cabin!

This was our first outing in Alaska. Nice, clean cabin with coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Heat when we needed it and nice view. Would have liked it better if it was a real B&B, Convenient to Denali where we had two days of views and nature. Kerflooey weather - It rained, snowed and became summer-like with temps in the... Here it is January 2015 and while putting finishing touches on the alaska scrapbook we come upon the best experience in alaska and I realize I forgot to review it. Stayed there July 10 and 11 in the Willow Cabin. Try for the Willow because it's view of the valley was the best. My wife (not a camper) was absolutely... More

We stayed in the 'North Ridge' cabin; it was cozy and clean; the bathroom was a little small but certainly adequate. Our cabin was far enough away from the other cabins to feel somewhat isolated and quiet. There was a grill (although we did not use it) and a nice deck overlooking a pleasant wooded valley that provided a peaceful... More

My wife and I were in Alaska to photograph the Fall colors in Denali Park the last of August into Sept. We have been to Alaska many times and this is the best lodging available for the money. We had a beautiful fully furnished cabin in a beautiful natural setting for the price of a stuffy motel room. The owners... More

We absolutely love the Healy Heights Family Cabins. This was our 3rd time to stay and we have never been disappointed. If you want to get away from the hustle and noise of Glitter Gulch, then this is the place. We have stayed in the Windward, the Willow and the Chalet. All are comfortable, clean and quiet. The entire property... More

Living in Alaska, I know the definition of "cabins" varies considerably. We were looking for a place that was not full of tourists who came and left on a bus, a place not run by a large corporation as an offshoot of a cruise trip. Although when we started to book, it was past the season Healy Family Cabins advertises,... More

Stayed 3 nights in the North Ridge cabin and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. True to its name, the cabin sits atop a ridge and has a beautiful view, especially when the sun does not go down until 10.30 or later. Though it is their smallest cabin, it was fine for two people. The bed was comfortable and the... More

Our family of 4 enjoyed staying at the Windward cabin here. The cabin is nicely appointed, updated, and the kitchenette had everything we needed (no oven or stove, but has a new outdoor gas grill with side burner, and kitchenette has microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen ware and utensils). The extra bed in this cabin provided some room that was... More

We spent three nights in the North Ridge cabin and it was just what we expected and were looking for. Fifteen minutes from Denali away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy area near the entrance to the Park. We ended up paying $150 a night (including all taxes and fees) which is very reasonable compared to other lodging... More
