Unless the alternative is sleeping in your car, and that is 50/50, stay away. U can see through the cracks around the door, shower nozzle is at 4 ft, floors are spongy. The only saving grace is Direct TV on a 13 in TV.

Resembles a motel. Rooms are pretty basic, but beds were very comfortable. No microwave or refrigerator. Great location if you are visiting Denali Park. 'View of mountains' is just a peek. Owners were kind enough to rent us a room for two nights even though they were not officially open for another couple of days.

Well, pretty plain place. Clean and ok, but plain. Pricewise one could not expect more than that. The Location is perfect, just around the corner of Denali parlk entrance (a couple of miles). They serve continental breakfast, so nothing to really live on. So we decided to stay just for one night and find another place.

We loved our stay at the White Moose Lodge. It was rustic, quaint and cozy, which fit perfectly with the theme of trips into Denali National Park. I liked the location too; It was close to the park road but it was far enough away from the hussle and bussle of the hotel strip near the park entrance. The motel... More

Good value, basic rooms, no phone and an old TV, but has Direct TV which works just fine. Wireless internet was slow and spotty, but good enough for email. Floorboard heating, room was cold when we arrived, but warmed up once we turned on the floorboard heaters. There was a fan in the room, and I didn’t realize what it... More

We stayed at this motel style lodge, for three nights while we were exploring Denali National park. It is conveniently located only 13 miles from the park's entrance. The lodge is clean, quiet, and best of all very reasonably priced. The owner's wife grows beautiful flowers that decorate the outside area nicely. We were very lucky one evening a "Mama... More

Loved this old fashioned motel! The outside reminded me of motels built in the 1960's. Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Convenient parking, in front if your door. The very nice inn keeper is on site and very helpful. Beds were quite comfortable and wifi worked well. The 11 mile drive was scenic and enjoyable, inspite of construction. The... More

Motel style hotel, clean and comfortable fairly priced. They provide coffee and tea in the morning along with cream cheese danish. They are really close to 49th state brewery and restaurant which has great food and beer!

Basic lodging with clean rooms and a safe atmosphere. It's about 10 miles north of Denali NP on hwy 3. Two minor complaints. First, there was only 1 wooden chair in our room. Adding a second would be an easy helpful thing to do. Secondly, the breakfast was pastries only and they would run out pretty quick. Not to worry... More

Good value, clean, off road, near Denali. Mile marker 248 not quite right as nothing exactly there, coordinates N63deg 51' 37.0", W149deg 00' 56.5" to road entrance or north of marker toward Fairbanks. Signage poor.
