Faith Hill was not our first choice but as we were travelling in high season accommodation was short. We don't usually stay in B&Bs as we like time to ourselves at the end of the day and you never know quite what yore going to get! On arrival Mitch (the owner) came out to greet us. He is a gregarious,... More

We spent our honeymoon in Alaska and was fortunate to book our stay with Mitch, Jack & Matt! They were so welcoming, loving and very accommodating to our needs. We could have not been luckier and happier that we found these guys to stay with them. Our room was really clean and comfortable, the views were beautiful, and Mitch was... More

We arrived not knowing what to expect and were charmed by everything this B&B has to offer. First off, Mitch is a wonderful guy who has a deep caring for all people that walk through his doors. We spent 4 nights enjoying anecdotal stories about our host's colorful life experiences and enjoyed suggestions about what to do/see in Denali National... More

I had researched places for our trip and this probably would not have been our first choice, one because my husband does not like to stay in B&Bs and two because of the religious connotations, as we are not religious. We were heading up to Denali when we started looking for a place to stay, and apparently everything was booked... More

...the host, Mitch, got up and showed me to my room which was Spartan but clean and everything functioned. The bed was good and in 5 hours I was rested and to the breakfast provided. The eggs were perfect and Mitch had some spicy Cajun pork sausage.

It was horrible staying there even for one night. We drove there from Anchorage n were bit in a hurry to get to the visitors center before it closed. So we wanted our room n leave asap. He told us to come n sit down; he talked for ~30mins abt random stuff. We asked abt the park but kept talking abt... More

I must say reading the other reviews that the grounds kept on the property at The Denali Faith Hill Lodge are very poor and the rooms are indeed very small, and quite unsatisfactory. The only thing that would be nice about the place is the free breakfast if it wasn't cooked for you by Mitch, the man running the place.... More

We booked well in advance but were a bit anxious when we could not see the lodge from the highway. Once we got there, we found the atmosphere was welcoming and accommodating. Mitch, the owner, gave us a good deal. We had free breakfasts. His son, Jason, made very good omelettes. The view from the breakfast / dining area was... More

Most of these reviewers must have stayed at a different Faith Hill than where we stayed.... In mid-August 2012, my husband and I traveled from Kentucky to Alaska for our 25th anniversary. We planned to stay 2 nights at the Faith Hill Denali Lodge. To save Mitch, the owner, a few dollars on his credit card processing fees, we even... More

This review is about a 1 night stay in September 9th 2012. After 3 days hiking the Stampede Trail up to the Magic Bus I was totally crashed and didn't have a place to stay. I was on a tight budget and decided I was gonna call every motel/b&b in the area to stay in the cheapest one. I just... More
