pros: BEAUTIFUL hotel, spectacular lobby, excellent views from the rooms. Pillows, TV, toiletries are all excellent (they even include mouthwash and body wash). Sink separate from bath, starbucks coffee in room, makeup-mirror (yeah!), safe in room, nice sitting area in room. Tram to mountain top is wonderful. Dave-the-bartender at the Seven Glaciers is fantastic.
