Expect to pay at least $300 a night during the busier times. Rooms were comfortable hotel size rooms. Pool was very nice but very crowded. There are a couple of lounge areas with couches to sit and read but out in the open. The area is beautiful. The Seven Glaciers restaurant was excellent but also very pricey, but you do... More

I usually don't write reviews but I had such a great experience at hotel alyeska. The staff was outstanding, so polite and helpful. The tram operator when asked if he likes his job stated "it has it's ups and downs" I couldn't stop laughing!! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I went with a friend to learn how to snowboard...however, it didn't happen because Slush Cup was going on. The rooms are nice and actually very affordable, considering it's a famous Ski Resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and we had a great view of the mountain!

We had a great stay. The restaurants are excellent and affordable. The pool is great. 99 percent of staff was awesome. The resort access just a min away from rooms. On the down side it seems like if you wanna have fun you should probably go some where else. Not to mention make sure you bill is correct( we almost... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. There was not anything that did not meet or exceed our expectations. The snow on the hill wasn't great but how could that be a hotel's fault:) The hill would have been a blast if there had been better snow conditions and the ski hill staff was excellent. We went heli-skliing with... More

On my flight to Alaska to visit my son, I picked up the flight magazine and low and behold, there was a feature story on Alyeska resort. After reading the article, how I would spend my vacation days with my son were no longer a mystery. I booked two nights at Alyeska resort and words cannot completely describe how wonderful... More

The good news: the Hotel Alyeska is lovely. The scenery is outstanding. The ski rental shop is efficient, attentive and reasonably priced. The spa, according to my wife, is excellent. The restaurant on the top of the gondola is 1st class, food and service. There's free wifi and a free shuttle into Girdwood at your beck and call. And if... More

This is a beautiful, expensive hotel and ski area destination less than an hour from downtown Anchorage. As a former Alaskan I can say that the hotel (and the scenic drive to it from Anchorage) is one of the best destinations in the area. Having recently stayed at the Hotel Alyeska for a couple nights in late winter, I can... More
