The hotel itself is an ominous looking building.. Its primarily a ski resort, so there really isn't too much to do. The hotel does offer 'hiking trails' and 'mountain biking trails'.. We were really looking forward to hiking and biking… But we took one look at the trails and said forget that.. The mountain is HUGE and steep (thats where... More

This was our third (or fourth) visit to this beautiful resort. And it won't be our last! It is a stunning hotel situated on wonderful ground in beautiful scenery. And, it is clean, clean, clean! From the room with its crisp white sheets to the sparkling bathroom, to the fitness and pool area, just everywhere you go and look, this... More

We stayed one night here after arriving in Anchorage. We were headed to Seward for a few days. This was a much better choice than staying in Anchorage for the night. All facets of our short stay were top notch. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was superb. All staff members were very attentive and friendly.

What an amazing property! Located in the largest ski area in Alaska. We visited the property during the summer and took the tram twice to enjoy the amazing views! The hotel is beautifully designed. The pool is inviting and the fitness center has everything you need for a complete workout, however you will get the best exercise enjoying the many... More

Spent 5 days at the Hotel Aleyska. The hotel is great. Many activities. Easy access to Whittier, Seward and Anchorage. Very romantic location. Concierge staff outstanding with many activities available. Grounds and building are very well maintained. Rooms are very comfortable. Beautiful views of glaciers, wildlife.

This hotel was one of 4 hotels we stayed in on our tour of Alaska. It is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in and made our trip even more special. It has different dining options to suit all tastes and pockets. The surrounding areas are beautiful with glacier topped mountains and tree covered slopes. The hotel... More

We stayed just one night as we were headed back to Anchorage. Right off the bat, the staff were on top of everything. From the valet parking to the guy who loaded our luggage up on a cart and took it straight to the room. The front desk clerk was nice and attentive. I wish there had been a second... More

Located at the bottom of a ski hill. We were there for our Alaska tour. The grounds and building are outstanding, the people who worked there were very nice and could not be more helpful. The bar and food were good . The tram ride to the top was outstanding .

Stayed here for a couple of nights following a three week trip through Alaska. Despite the outward appearance of the building this is a lovely hotel. Check in was quick & efficient & we were given two complementary tickets for the tram on check in. We had a room on the eight floor with a view of the mountain &... More

The hotel is located in a wonderful location in the mountains and only about 45 minutes’ drive from Anchorage. This was by far the most perfect hotel in our trip to Alaska. The rooms are big and modern. The restaurants serve good food. There are 7 restaurants to choose from… There are many hiking trails starting from the hotel –... More
