Beautiful views, very friendly and helpful staff. Dining at 7 Glaciers was a wonderful experience. Activities for the entire family. The grounds were very attractive with trails going everywhere. A short trip from Anchorage. I recommend this to everyone.

Modern facility with a picturesque setting, nice rooms, accommodating staff plus free shuttle into town (Girdwood). Multiple hiking trails up mountain or you can take tram to summit and opt to walk down. Mountain bike rental also available. Reasonable driving distance to Denali Park and other attractions.

We stayed here for 8 days and what a great experience, our first trip to Alaska. The hotel is gorgeous in a stunning setting. I see that a lot of folks have suggested a front view or a back view - really doesn't matter all the views are fantastic. We had an 8th floor room in the front with incredible... More

My husband's & my stay at this hotel was part of a land "add-on" at the end of our Alaskan cruise with Regent Cruise Lines. This is a beautiful property in summer and the rooms are lovely. We enjoyed a very nice dinner in the hotel's restaurant. My only criticism of the hotel relates to its service. I took a... More

This is a great ski resort in the winter. We were there on our first stop on the land portion of our cruise tour. The room was large, the king size bed was comfortable and the views of the tram to the top of Alyeska Mountain were amazing. This was a perfect first stop, especially knowing that he accommodations on... More

You walk into a large welcoming lobby. The grounds are beautiful with stunning flowers. (We were there in August.) The room was very clean. The shower was adjustable as to height. There was a towel warmer. And we had a great view of the mountain out our window. An easy hiking trail to a beautiful little gorge begins right behind... More

Spent two nights at Hotel Alyeska on a last minute whim. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a Jr. Suite. We were on the 3rd floor but still had lovely views from our windows - because there really isn't a bad view in the place. The staff we met - with the exception of the checkin staff at the Spa... This resort is such a treat after staying in typical Alaska motels and cabins. Beautiful grounds with views all around. Pool and hot tub were great. We especially enjoyed the gondola ride and Winner Creek Trail hike. The well-maintained trail was about 5 miles round trip through a lush forest with creeks and mountain views. We hiked to the hand-operated... More

We arrived as part of a Celebrity cruise tour, so had absolutely no idea what we were getting into. It is gorgeous. The trip up the mountain on the Tram was wonderful. It was part of our package so i'm nqt sure about the cost. But I think that the ticket is good all day, which is good because it... More
