We were welcomed by staff at reception, given an overview of the resort and escorted to our bungalow. Overall we were very happy with our stay, all staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the resort on the lagoon is amazing. thank you to Rose and her staff for a wonderful holiday.

Overall happy with our experience here, we stayed in a Beach Bungalow and I'm glad we did as the wind was quite strong on the Overwater bungalow side. We didn't snorkel as much as we thought we would around the resort due to seeing another guest stand on a stone-fish just 1m from the shore, so that made us a... More

To be fair we gave this resort a second chance after a monumental screw up last year....well can't blame them for dismal weather, but....over water bungalow, ever considered investing in a golf cart, so when your 5 star guests arrived, we not completely exhausted. Was that bubbles in fridge ours???? Nothing 5 star about that. Wifi down, again, ...2 years... More

Before booking our accommodation here must admit because of the many mixed reviews I was a bit hesitant. After reading other reviews I was surprised that other people were welcomed with a guy blowing a conch shell. When we arrived with another couple we weren't greeted by anyone with a conch shell so that was disappointing as it would of... More

This place was heaven. We went there to reconnect and relax and that is exactly what we did. The people were so lovely and accommodating and yet left you to yourselves. The view from our deluxe beachfront bungalow was exceptional and I couldn't get enough of it. It's by far the best place to stay to view the lagoon. You... More

Well Well Well, After booking this resort 8 months prior and reading mixed reviews here on TA , we finally made it here . OMG , we were meeted and greeted at the airport as expected with coconut drinks and a beautiful lei ,followed by a short ride to our resort , then the short ride across the canal to... More

From the moment we stepped off the plane in Aitutaki, we knew this would be an unforgettable experience. We were greeted with leis and fresh coconut juice upon arrival. Our bags were loaded onto a van by a cheerful porter and we were then driven to our destination. I must say that this resort is in a prime location! The... More

From the time my wife and I stepped off the plane at Aitutaki Airport, we were treated like royalty, and all the staff with no exceptions, were always cheerful and happy to assist us with whatever enquiry we had. We were fortunate in that our Travel Agent had arranged for our transport to be included in our package, together with... More

When we got off the plane at Aitutaki we were ushered to an area where we had our names checked off, offered a coconut drink of water and a fresh floral lai was placed over our heads. We were directed to the resort shuttle bus and transferred to the resort about 1km away. But beware! I thought this was a... More

My husband and I have just spent 5 days in this beautiful place. This was our third visit in the last 10 years and I wouldn't hesitate to visit each year if we could! The views of the lagoon are fantastic and the colours superb. We were upgraded to an Overwater Bungalow being returning guests and we organised our holiday... More
