We visited for lunch and found the staff not very friendly - warning us not to go anywhere but the restaurant (when we were interested in a follow up stay at this resort). The food was below average and much of my meal inedible (fried rice noodles like hard plastic). This place has nothing on the Pacific Resort Aitutaki. Stay... More

We stayed at the resort for 5 nights for our honeymoon and stayed in the over water bungalow. It was just one issue after another! The greeting was by a staff trainee who hadn't practised nor received any support from the other staff. The bungalow was cute but there were far too many flowers laid around and we were finding... I will preface this review by saying that this resort had many pros and cons. I want to begin by stating we loved this resort. Like many others that have posted, this is the best location on the island. The views of the lagoon and outlying islands are what postcards are made from and you get the same view daily.... More

We stayed in an over water bungalow for our first honeymoon... It was incredibly peaceful the entire stay. The staff were fabulous and helpful and kind. It was super relaxing and a perfect place for honeymoons with no noise or children anywhere (a nice break for us as we have two ourselves)... I'd highly recommend staying here (although food is... We loved our stay at the Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa! We were greeted with leis and drinking coconuts at the airport and the conch shell greeting and a briefing when we arrived - very professional! The lagoon was beautiful and the view from our Deluxe Beachfront Bungalow was amazing. The bungalow itself was extremely spacious with a separate lounge... More

We were welcomed by staff at reception, given an overview of the resort and escorted to our bungalow. Overall we were very happy with our stay, all staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the resort on the lagoon is amazing. thank you to Rose and her staff for a wonderful holiday.

Overall happy with our experience here, we stayed in a Beach Bungalow and I'm glad we did as the wind was quite strong on the Overwater bungalow side. We didn't snorkel as much as we thought we would around the resort due to seeing another guest stand on a stone-fish just 1m from the shore, so that made us a... More

To be fair we gave this resort a second chance after a monumental screw up last year....well can't blame them for dismal weather, but....over water bungalow, ever considered investing in a golf cart, so when your 5 star guests arrived, we not completely exhausted. Was that bubbles in fridge ours???? Nothing 5 star about that. Wifi down, again, ...2 years... More

Before booking our accommodation here must admit because of the many mixed reviews I was a bit hesitant. After reading other reviews I was surprised that other people were welcomed with a guy blowing a conch shell. When we arrived with another couple we weren't greeted by anyone with a conch shell so that was disappointing as it would of... More
