This was a perfect spot for us. Staff were friendly (reception, cleaning, restaurant) and helpful and our meals were good. Rooms and views are gorgeous although there is a strong current through the channel. We enjoyed an outdoor spa one windy afternoon. I'm not sure why the criticism by other tourists. I do know that (some) staff work 7 days... More

The surroundings are really like a paradise, except you'll feel the unhappy workers and employees, which made me question myself "how safe is this resort?." The advertising videos and pictures are real, no lies, but will not show the tension from the employees, you'll feel they are strictly instructed to smile and pretend they are happy to see you in... A beautiful spot, however the Island has a nickname as it is very separate from the main island. I believe the staff are told not to tell you about other activities or restaurant's etc outside of he resort and are very unfriendly about it. I was sick and I had only eaten there so had a bit of concern. (think... More

This resort owner for their own good, who has not been there for 4 years and lives in Wgtn, NZ needs to change the manager and the larger light skinned rude receptionist as soon as possible. They are rude, and have no care for service or their visitors. They are driving people away! Also they speak in their own language... More

We stayed for 4 nights at this resort . The location is beautiful , truly a stunning part of the world and definitely on the right side of the island beach wise . We paid for a deluxe beachfront room because we had been told that the rooms had recently been upgraded and were quieter the the overwater bungalows .... More

Peaceful paradise for us two --- it offered all we needed and more! We had a beachfront room --- just separated from the water's edge by 2 palms and a hammock :) The room was immaculate and spacious and was kept spotless for us by very friendly staff. The food was excellent, the choice of refreshments unending and in good... More

We stayed in an overwater bungalow for four nights. Bungalow was large and very comfy. Only thing that was needed was a minibar. Being an island meant there was always a sheltered beach. Food was good, staff were friendly. Spa was average. Beautiful place. Sunloungers on beach bungalows need to be updated for the price you pay. Regular beach bungalows... More

I found the staff at the resort friendly and extremely helpful. I had a medical incident that needed urgent attention on my first day. My husband went to reception ,and they immediately arranged transportation to the local hospital. I had to make regular daily visits to hospital and the staff were always helpful and accommodating. TK. Took me everyday and... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights, we found this place gorgeous. Food and alcohol is expensive. You pay extra for cooked breakfast if you would like it. The staff are happy to leave you to yourself. The water is amazing, it is warm and the most beautiful blue colour and oh so clear. We took a boat ride... More

Beautiful place and accomodation (even if it needs some renovation); food very good, unfortunately the staff ( not everybody but the 90% of them) was completely unfriendly and behaviour as a 1 star motel:not smiling when you aked something, not friendly with people coming from outside, completely not professional, the worst experience in a 5 stars hotel. Moreover bedclothes not... More
