If Aitutaki is Paradise, then Pacific Resort is the icing on the Paradise cake. You can not expect a western style 5 star experience here, there is a Sixth star, and that is the staff and the island experience. Have told, and will tell, anyone who will listen, how great the Pacific Resort and Aitutaki is. I will return to... More

My wife and I have recently returned from the Cook Islands where we spent a most relaxing and peaceful time at Aitutaki Pacific Resort as part of our celebrations for our 40th wedding anniversary. From the time we arrived after a long day of travel, we felt we were with good friends rather than as a guest. Greg and Belle... More

What a fantastic resort. In fact, probably the best resort we have ever stayed in. Greeted by the manager upon arrival, this was the first inkling that the resort is, in fact, managed by a very smart man who knows how to get his team backing him up to ensure every comfort is available to their guests. Greeted prior at... More

Hotel and location are very good but the management and the service are not at the level of a 5 star 1) Gym you need to book because only one best at the time....they say is for more quiete for customer ok I get it so why you do not build more gyms? 2) SPA service only one person at... More

i have taken my time to write the review of this lovely hotel. We stayed for three nights in off season (February) so it was blissfully uncrowded and the weather was perfect. Aitutaki lives up to its reputation as a postcard destination and we felt like film stars. Any minor criticism is more about the limitations evident in the remote... More

everything is just perfect. I wish I could have stayed here for longer. the resort is just as amazing as how you see it on brochures if not better. The extra miles gone by the staff were truely appreciated and valued by us to carry to recommemdation of this resort to the next level. We truely believe the resort is... More

I thought others might be interested in knowing that the 'hotel' that features as Number 1 on this site (Etu Moana) is not an hotel but a group of villas where you can have breakfast. The number 1 hotel is Pacific Resort - without question an excellent property that I can thoroughly recommend; it also has the best food on... More

Great location, stunning resort & amazing staff. We stayed at the Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & took friends for dinner here - absolutely no comparison. It was a joy to experience truly professional service & great food. Highly recommended.

boutique hotels always raise high standard expectations and, as such, this was the case when selecting Pacific Resort as our Winter Holiday destination. Soon after arriving at Aitutaki I must confess we were all blown away. The Pacific Resort World Class experience starts just as you arrive at the airport, continues with the meet & greet of the hotel management... More

If you are considering a trip to Aitutaki, this is the only place you want to consider....its substantially nicer than all other options. And don't be nervous (like I was) that the lack of overwater bungalows means its a poor choice: just go! We stayed in the Ultimate Beachfront Suite... which is exceptionally worth it. The service and care from... More
