There are two units in the one building, but this is OK as there are no common walls, so you cant hear your neighbors. The pigs and chooks from the next property, now that's another story altogether! Stayed for a week recently at Amuri Sands in Aitutaki. This was part of a longer trip including Atiu and Rarotonga. Amuri Sands was great, they have two private chalets on the beach on the west of the island. When we were there it was just us. Amuri Sands was a great find, the unit I stayed in was very comfortable, and located directly on the beach in gorgeous Aitutaki. Amuri Sands is a fabulous find. The host was very charming and couldn't have been more helpful. There are two self catering apartments. It's wonderfully private. They are newly built and very clean.
