Nice rooms, very welcoming, snorkeling and kayaks for fun, great restaurant. Recommend it as a stopover to acclimate before starting a sailing adventure. Snorkeling off dock in front of hotel. Kayaks to paddle out to motu nearby. Friendly helpful staff.

I really can't speak highly enough of this charming hotel. We stayed here for a couple of nights before taking a Mooring sail. Some of our party had issues with flights and accommodation and the staff could not have been more helpful. The snorkelling straight out from the hotel was excellent. To top it off the food in the restaurant... More

My husband and I travel many times a year and go all over the world. Our stay here was one of the most pleasant stays that we have had, Our stay was a unique one, mainly because of the owners of the hotel. They were the most kind and generous people. They allowed us to check in early and check... More

After 10 days of sailing we stayed here for a night. The service was fabulous, the restaurant dinner, breakfast and lunch were beautifully prepared and presented fresh food. We had a package that included dinner with alcohol and breakfast, without any restrictions. The next day were had baguettes and a fruit platter for lunch as when I offered to pay,... More

We had dinner here at the tail end of a sailing trip and it was fantastic. We learned that night of their "transit room" where we were able to use their facilities the next day prior to our flight late in the afternoon. For $60 per person, we used the pool, their dock, had access to their bicycles, the lounge... More

From the moment you arrive you are treated with attentive but unintrusive service. The owners are a beautiful and witty French couple and the staff are top notch. A young lady named Keiulani was elegant and seemed to be on hand morning and evening while keeping a gracious smile at the ready, Gauguin would have loved to paint her, I'm... More

The view from all the beautifully appointed rooms is incredible. The staff speaks French and English and treat you like family. If your flight leaves late, they allow you to stay on site and offer shower rooms and use of the emenities. They have kayaks, snorkel and bike at your disposal free of charge. I would highly recommend it, great... More

If it was possible to give this place a 10 star rating I would not hesitate. Our party of 10 people (family and friends) stayed here for two nights prior to our departure on our yacht charter from Raiatea. Right from the outset Laurent and Olivier were extremely helpful with our booking process. The restaurant is top class, preparing French... More

We stayed for two nights at the Raiatea Lodge Hotel before a sailing cruise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, all with great views that overlook the lagoon, and were decorated with beautiful flowers upon our arrival. The food from the restaurant was delicious! (Try the Red Tuna if it is on the menu!) The location was fabulous - walk out... More

Our 2nd floor Lagoon View room with half-board (i.e., dinner and breakfast) came out to $425/night.....Yikes! BUT, the room was fabulous, the dinner was the best we had during our 2 1/2 week Polynesian vacation and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The ambiance of the open air lobby (with rum drinks available from the nearby bar) was wonderful. When you... More
