Very basic accommodation and cheap. It is about ¾ of the way around the island near the north west tip at Pk 29. Rooms are simple, just a wooden shutter with a prop as a window. There are shared bathroom facilities, no hot water. Communal kitchen area. The beach infront is idyllic and you can just walk out into a... More

The staff is glad to hold your valuables for you but don't take them up on it! I had cash taken from my wallet when I was swimming. Some friends of our were staying here, and we visited them for a few hours. There is camping here with a central shower/bathroom facility. There are a few bungalows, but they are really small with a bed in them. The beach in front is incredible. Worth staying here if you don't mind basic facilities.

Having read a reccommedation for Moorea Camping we decided it would be a great place to stay and I booked in advance. On arrival there was noone there to check us in. After... More

in 77 and 78 it was an enexpensive fantastic lively place in lovely location. In 70 and 72 it was still good. In 75 it was tired and rundown and the cleaners shut the place up at 9pm at night and turned the lights off, it seems that the man who owns it used to let his girlfriend run the... More
