My husband and I decided to stay in an over the water bungalow at the InterContinental Resort in Moorea for 3 nights after our 11 day Regent Paul Gauguin cruise. Although I was hesitant after reading some Trip Advisor reviews we were not disappointed with the resort. We did not expect it to measure up to what we had experienced... more

I just spent 4 nights at the IC Moorea with my wife (belated honeymoon) We spent 4 nights in Moorea, 5 in Bora Bora and 3 in Taha'a. My first tip - if you are flying from LAX make sure you goto duty free and buy some booze or wine before you go. Wine prices are ok, but booze is... more

We just came back from our honeymoon and it was the perfect experience. We stayed at the Intercontinental Moorea Resort & Spa in Moorea and it was the best place and we loved everything about it. The place was beautiful and the room was magnificent. We stayed in a Garden Bungalow overlooking the lagoon and it was fantastic. We also... more

We just got back from our honeymoon where we spent the majority of our time at the Intercontinental Moorea and then went to the Intercontinental Thalasso. The rooms in Moorea were gorgeous...really spacious. We had one of the garden bungalows- which was practically a beach bungalow (Bungalow 415). The main beach was kind of small but there are other beach... more

Hotel and Bungalows feel tired. No body lotion in the bathroom, Bathropes must be requested from housekeeping. Overwater bungalows are not truly overwater, they are mounted on some small islands with terraces being over the water. The on-site dolphinarium is in my opinion cruel. Two dolphins in separate, small, shallow enclosures are anything but lively. Honeymoon couples can get there... more

The family stayed in an overwater bungalow for four nights. We are well-traveled. We even lived in Hawaii for 3 years and on the beach in Australia for one. But Moorea is an even more amazing spot. We snorkeled from our bungalow about twice each day and it was heaven. The pool was nice for a change, maybe once a... more

we were here on our honeymoon. we were put into the best room in the entire hotel, room 615, for about $800 per night. first off, the hotel is extremely old. its far away from the airport and the place looks like a holiday inn. furthermore, the beach area is ugly and the activities are a total rip off. we... more
