Our private bungalow was well-appointed and had plenty of room. The bathroom was beautiful, the immense shower a semicircle of stone. The lodge is right next to the airport. I mean, RIGHT next to the airport - 150 yards from the runway. But Temae Airport is not exactly Heathrow: there are maybe 2 flights a day, so it's not like... More

A beautiful boutique lodge, located on a very scenic spot of Moorea. Full of peace and nature, we loved the strong breeze which blew in straight from the ocean. The beach is at the backdoor, and the crashing waves can be heard from your bungalow at night. The hosts were extremely welcoming and we felt a part of their friendship... More

A very nice lodge to stay at when you visit Moorea. Isabell married to Jean-Luc, a former golf pro, bought this lodge two years ago and are now living their dream. The lodge is near (very) by the ocean. You need though have some beach-shoes to be able to walk on the stony sand. Isabell is every evening in the... More

This is a perfect place to stay in every way. As a solo traveller it was important to me to stay somewhere unlike the soulless formulaic hotels and in Green Lodge I have found my perfect place. The hosts Jean-Luc and Isabelle are charming and welcoming. It feels like staying with old friends. Jean-Luc is a fantastic chef and each... More

I'm in love with Moorea and French Polynesia! I come here almost every year since 2010 and I have tried different hotels and small Guest Houses. I finally found my place, the one that belongs to me/us and the one that I was looking for since the first time I came here. The Green Lodge! The architecture is so Paradisiac... More

I stayed there with my wife in June 2014 for 5 nights and we loved it. First of all, you need to make sure you know this is a B&B and not the Sofitel. There are some things that might not be so convenient, however it is very charming and closer to the Polynesian experience. The bungalows and nice, clean... More

We have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast (Pension) before. This was our first time and we enjoyed it very much. The property is cozy, quiet, and has a nice intimate feel to it. You are steps away from watching the sunset/sunrise from the beach every day. The owners speak French, Spanish, and English. They are a very friendly... More

What a gem; the beach bungalows are adorable and Isabelle and Jean Luc are helpful and charming. The food is truly exceptional from the beautifully presented daily continental breakfast to the dinners reserved in advance--always creative, super fresh, healthy, delicious and also beautifully presented. My only quibbles might be the need for a little more light in the units; also... More

If you are thinking of staying at Green Lodge then you have probably made the right decision. Located on the coast with a beach the accommodation is excellent and the air con works! Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are particularly good. There is an excellent public beach 20 mins walk away and a minute or two by bike, great... More

Beautifully decorated bungalow and comfortable stay at Green Lodge. Family owned small business with very personalized and super friendly service. Juan let us use his bicycles for free every day and he also suggested and booked for us some of the best activities we did during our stay in the island. We had our breakfasts every morning next to the swimming...
