Our stay at the Alpine Creek Lodge was the highlight of our three week trip to Alaska in July, 2011. We were greeted as if we were old friends, to a July 4th BBQ with live music and good company. Whatever we wanted to do, be it fly-fishing, gold-panning, or just hiking, Jennifer, Claude, and their son Bob made it... More

I had an opportunity to spend a weekend at The Lodge, with two of the greatest individuals I have ever met. Claude and Jennifer made me feel more like family than a guest and went far and beyond the norm of an operation as wonderful as they run the Lodge. Claude made sure we had wood split for our cabin... My husband and I spent our anniversary with the friendly folks at Alpine Creek Lodge. Claude was out of town but Jennifer was a wonderful hostess and an excellent cook! You can't ask for better views either - my husband and I spent our days hiking, exploring, and searching for wildlife. More

Its hard to come up with negatives for our trip into Alpine Creek Lodge. We went in for the evenings of New Years Eve, 2010 and New Years Day 2011. Staff were helpful and attentive from the get go, making sure to keep track of us in case we were overdue for our 70 mile snowmobile ride in. We arrived... More

Stayed there only one night during our 10 day Alaska trip this summer, but it was the best experience ! The Bondy's are very nice hosts. Claude and Bob took our boys to 'Bob Lake' and taught them how to fish. And Jennifer fed us well... We had a great time. More

Claude, Jennifer, Bob and Samson were amazing hosts in an awe-inspiring remote Alaskan surrounding. Toss in great food and that's the formula for a memorable experience. It is very family friendly and if you like to pick berries, Aug. is a great time to visit. Grayling fishing was awesome and we got to see a moose, caribou, porcupine, marmot and... More

This lodge is the only place between Cantwell and Glenallen on the Denali Highway, but it was a jewel of a find. The couple that runs it are wonderful. They also do ATV tours to look at wildlife. We stayed in a wonderful cabin with a VERY comfortable bed and has a kitchen and wood-burning stove. And they feed you... More

We had a blast. Parked at Paxson Lodge, paid a small fee for plug in parking so the trucks started on return. Rode to Alpine, great stay, nice place, nice rooms, good food and good company. A group of Army/Air Force were out ridding enjoying the powder and back country. Rode back stopped at McLaren had great pan cakes. Over... More

Since moving to Anchorage from the lower 48 in June 09 our family has visited/stayed and played at Alpine Creek Lodge Many times. This is a great spot in the middle of Alaska to drive into in the summer easy access to go 4 wheeling, hiking, hunting, wildlife viewing/photos or just hang around the out door fire and swap stories....
