Much newer than any other place in town so it feels cleaner and more comfortable. Barrow is small enough to walk most anywhere if you are willing and able or cabs are plentiful. The other popular option has more history and is on the water, tends to be more expensive and is a bit run down by comparison.

The King Eider is as good as it gets in Barrow. I have heard that the Airport Inn is also nice but the King Eider is the newest place and arguably in the best shape of Barrow's hotels.
