From the moment we entered it was a nightmare!!! We arrived late at San José and saw the Ambassador Hotel, trusting the name; we decided to spend the night there. What a mistake!! The first room they gave us was dirty and the air conditioning didn't work. The second one, was dirty, the A/C didn't work and had bed bugs.... more
