Very nice place, and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, location were nice and most of all the beds were nice to sleep in. I only thought the receptionist could have been a little more outgoing and helpful, when you asked a question it was like she did not care at all :)

I like this hostel. Being a world travel and having stayed in countless hostels, this is a good one. It is well located, has nice architecture, the bunk-beds in the dorm rooms are solid and comfortable. Wifi can be a little weak and depending on how busy the hostel is, it can get noisy, but overall, it's a decent place... More

Hello we attended the inconvenience that you had with your shirt, we did all the investigations of the case but unfortunately when people staying in shared rooms with 6-8 and up to 10 people is difficult for us to control personal belongings. We really appreciate your comment but we also want to tell all our customers that for safety each... More

Overall, this place was good. We stayed in the basic private room. It was very small, but it was clean and decently comfortable. Our garbage was emptied only once during our 4 night stay, and our bed was never made. We didn't really need it, but it would've been nice. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, although we... We rented the private room for 50USD for 4 nights. It was clean & staff was helpful (not always 100% correct on the information) buy always willing to attempt to help! The water temp & pressure change a little during the shower (depends if anyone else flushes the toilet or turns on a tap) you may get a good blast... More

While the actual hostel is beautiful the biggest downside for me is the internet sucks! It does not reach to any of the private or dorm rooms. Even in the common area it's hard to get a connection. First night I arrived I had the junior suite no complaints at all! Second night went to an 8 person dorm. Place... More

In brief: The basics in a nice environment, but the service and accommodations could be better. The pros: -Breakfast included (rice, beans and eggs or fruit and eggs) - not very tasty, but it's there -Free wifi, though not the strongest -Cost reasonable ($55 per night for private room with queen bed) -Decor in the main areas is really cool... My sister and I spent our last night in Central America here before flying home and were looking for a place to chill out. This is exactly what we got! I can't even explain to you how good it felt to lay on a sofa and watch TV after several months of travelling. The staff were amazingly helpful, the rooms... More

Arrived here late at night and left early in the morning as I was just passing through San Jose to catch a bus so unfortunately can't comment too much on this place. From what I saw the dorms and bathrooms were very clean with proper hot water (none of that water heater rubbish with no pressure, though you do have... More

One of the best options in you want to stay in a nice place in San Jose. Now if you want to check out the night life better this is not a goog option because is not that close to all the clubs that you can check.

It's so funny that this is called a "hostel" because it really should be a "hotel." I had a one night stop over before heading to Panama and this was the perfect choice. If you have the same situation, it is located a few blocks away-super convenient. Great food, nice staff, gorgeous common areas to relax and unwind, comfy-clean beds... More

We are grateful for your comments, our goal is that the hostel is having high quality services, unfortunately for being situated in one of the main roads noise is one of our disadvantages, so we try to reward with our services. Greetings! More
