I stayed for pleasure in San Jose, and enjoyed so much the stay in this hotel, it is specialy recomended for travelers who like a full kitchen in the room, as this has, so you can purchase goods (there is a large supermarket very close to the hotel) and have some snacks and drinks while in the room (altough i recomend eating out, as San Jose has great eating options). It is located near the Multiplaza Escazu complex, about 1 mile walking distance; very near also from plaza iscatzu wich is an upscale mini mall with very good eating options (sushi, pasta, peruvian, meat etc.. restaurants). Very near also from the upscale nightlife in Escazu. Yoy can catch a taxi right in the hotel, or if more adventurous a bus very near the hotel at walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful also, and the room very nice. more
