We stayed at Casa Rio Blanco for one night on our way to Tortuguero. It was a wonderful place and we wish we would have been able to stay a bit longer. It is a very peaceful place and the cabins are great for seeing wildlife. There are also paths through the forest that take you down to the river... more

On a visit to Costa Rica in 2007, I stayed two nights at Casa Rio Blanco Ecolodge. One night was my first night in the country.
