The hotel was clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. There was a free continental breakfast in the morning. No complaints about the place. Now the real seller: The view from this hotel is absolutely AMAZING. Its a 5 star view with 4 star service at a 2 star price. You get the view of the whole valley that encases... More

This is a nice hotel overlooking San Jose, located in the mountains of Escazu. The price was good, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. The hotel has a TV with cable. It was very good value, and not very far from the airport. It is a very difficult drive to the hotel, and there is no address. It... More

the Staff (Gisele specially ) was the nicest most informative employees ever. the view will take your breath away and is worth the stay for that alone. the room we were in was very small and needed some updating, but we did only pay $30 /night internet connection was great and the place was very clean.

I have never lodged at an establishment Like this one where every one from The Owner Raul right down to every member of his staff did so much to make me comfortable. They asked if I had any special needs I had a couple and they tended to them cheerfully and at no additional charge. Julia (whom I would Nominate... More

Having stayed in the Multiplaza area of Escazu, I wanted something a little more quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Escazu. The Best Western Paradise Inn was the perfect solution. The views over downtown San Jose are incredible - both during the day and at night when the lights are laid out at your feet. The staff... More
