We very sceptical about this place as we arrived as you approach it down a long unmade road. What a lovely place though with friendly and helpful staff. Not the poshest place in the world but wallpaper is no good without plaster to my mind and this place I felt relaxed and at home in. Plenty of trips to choose... More

Stayed for a week had $5k in cash in the safe, combination I created. I fail to see how someone stole $1100 from your room or your safe. I don't believe it. The staff was excellent, the rooms were really good. This is home away from home, like going to the cottage. A car is recommended but not necessary. Major... More

Everything the other reviews state are true. No hot water the entire 2 week stay, cable was out most of the time, power went out several times, wifi only works in the lobby and by the pool. We had $1120 stolen out of the safe in our room. Staff on site pretty much said "sorry about your luck". I ended... More

Down a long dirt road is a run down condo. The condo we were assigned had ac issues so we stayed in another for one night. There was water damage in the first place. The second needed an update for sure. Tiles missing in the pool, untidy and rundown looking. The little restauraunt across the street run by Ann is... More

I stayed here as a guest of my aunt and uncle and did not want to complain. However, after talking to them and others at the hotel it became obvious it was not just me! The condo itself was nice, AC was awesome, the lady that runs the restaurant beside the hotel and across from it does an excellent job... More

We booked this resort through our Diamond Resorts Membership. After driving down a rocky dirt road we arrived at Pueblo Real. First impressions were disappointing. The facility was in need of exterior maintenance. The lobby is small and simply appointed with few amenities. Our two bedroom apartment was clean and well maintained. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The A/C... More

We originally rented our apartment in this resort using RCI points, but as I did my research prior to renting it, we knew what to expect and were very pleased. The apartment was large, perfect for a family staying together, with a full kitchen and living room with a dining area, and an additional outdoor dining area on the patio.... More

This property is quite a ways from any town, the units are very large but in need of some major updates and TLC. Basically, if you need the space to accommodate a large family, and don't need or want to be close to restaurants and shops, stay here. Otherwise get a regular hotel closer to the town that's newer and... More

This resort was wonderful. Very quiet with a lovely flower garden that attracted butterfly's and gorgeous birds. Every staff member was friendly and always willing to help, with even the dumbest questions! Info provided at Monday morning welcome, regarding tours and other general info proved to be invaluable. Roger, Jason, Oscar and my friend who worked nights( I'm quite sure... More
