There isn't anything great about La Sirena but there isn't anything horrible about it. The staff was excellent but the rooms are an achilles heel mainly because they were tiny. I called the phone from bus terminal to ask if they had wireless Internet, my only requirement. They said yes, so I carried my bags to the hotel. Friendly staff and clean premises but room safe did not work so (luckily) kept valuables with me when off the property. Clothing and other items went missing from room. Unfortunately, cannot recommend. more

The hotel is cute, we just wanted a room to sleep + we just payed a ridiculous amount of money (very cheap) for one week. The manager and the staff are very nice + the rooms are basic but clean. The pool was not as pictured in photos. Management had let it turn Aqua color. We just wanted a room so we stayed, which was a MISTAKE. The room was clean, but when we (three rooms) placed our valuables in the room safe and returned from fishing for the day, some of the money was removed. Apparently management was hoping... more
