My fourth trip to the Quepos Manuel Antonio area in 7 years. This is absolutely the best place to stay!If you want a bed and breakfast setting, friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast look no further! There are lots of stairs so if your elderly or limited in some physical way it may not be for you.The rooms are comfy some with... The worst stay in Costa Rica. First of all, if you don't have a car to get to the house you'll have to make a long trek in a dirt road with no lighting. It is far away from everything. The staff is dishonest, they promised a free breakfast that then we had to pay, and last but not least,... More

Steve, the owner of this villa was so friendly. He took us on a tour with his car around the city quepos and gave us a lot of tips to do. He recommended us places to be and all of them were great. Birds Nest is an outdoor bed at the top of the house with a roof. It was... More

The place is lovely, good size rooms but maybe a little pricey for what it is & how far out it is to where you need to be. I would recommend having a car, as can be a bit if a hassle otherwise. The owner was very helpful & offered lifts to the bus station & provided loads of local... More

I had to do a quick last minute stay at Quepos. When I contacted Steven the host he was so accommodating. My flight cancelled and had to drive the distance. Email communication was just perfect. Steven also showed around the Quepos town area and pointed some beautiful views.

You know you've had a bad experience when, despite being on a tight budget, you decide to pack your bags two days early and cough up double the cash to relocate to a new set of accommodations. Be forewarned: the Villas Jacquelina are not only far from all the action of Manuel Antonio, they also makes for an unpleasant stay... More

It was just off the beaten path of Quepos. It was the perfect place, with generous accommodations and a wonderful atmosphere for a great price. We had a private room which was cleaned each day. When we first walked in, Steve greeted us with freshly opened coconuts as replenishment. We spent 4 nights there and I happily would've stayed longer.... More

All in all good facilities: everything works like it's supposed to! Owner is super friendly and helpful! Distance from city centre is slightly too big. Room downstairs was badly ventilated and therefore warm an smelled slightly moldy (mattress?)

We stayed here for roughly a week and a half and loved it! Peaceful comfy and clean! Couldn't have had nicer or more helpful staff. Would highly recommended this place to anyone that asked. Has a full kitchen to use at your own disposal great views and only minute from everything you want or need.
