Luna Lodge is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in, in the most beautiful location I've ever seen. Lana and the staff are all gracious and welcoming, the bungalows and tent cabins have amazing views, all is exactly as advertised or better. Gary, the naturalist and tour guide, is amazingly knowledgeable about local birds, animals and plants and seems... More

Simply magical... I stayed at Luna Lodge for a week and did not want to leave. The beauty of this place is just breathtaking. The most amazing views! The property has the beautiful Carate river that has several waterfalls of crystal clear water. This is a perfect place for hiking, exploring and relaxing. Yoga decks perfectly located on platforms with... More

I went first time with my Mom, but I have been back twice since then, and will undoubtedly return. This is a full service resort, yet it is also an ecolodge. The service is very fine - I understood from the owner that there is actually a waiting list to be able to work at Luna Lodge. There is a... More

The location of Luna lodge feels like the end of the world. It is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. We have been to many ecolodges and stayed at many really nice places but this one is our favorite by far. The wildlife viewing from the grounds and through available tours is incredible. Lana and her staff are so warm and welcoming,... More

After one night staying at Luna lodge you feel so different. First you feel one with the nature. The view from the lodge is special and you see Corcovado National Park. All different kind of trees. The trees are green but all different! And you see howler, ou spider, squirrel and white faced cappucin monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, anteaters and... More

I was originally planning on staying at the Sirena Ranger Station to hike into Corcovado National Park. The price was steeper than I had planned and after reading Trip Advisor reviews decided to stay at Luna Lodge instead. The drive up is an experience alone! I think there were at least 10 river crossings from Puerto Jimenez. Four Wheel drive... More

Luna Lodge is a unique wonderful place to experience, starting from the great kindness of its owner and her great staff that makes you feel so very welcomed, the spectacular view from each place at the lodge is so very especial. Every single activity is properly conducted with knowledge, good organization and great interest! Morning’s yoga and massage added to... More

We live in Costa Rica, so we get around to different parts of the country and stay in all types of accommodations, but Luna Lodge is the most special place we have ever stayed here! Unbelievably remote it is one a special way to experience a special part of the world. Osa is one of the last lowland rain forests... More

I stayed with a teenage daughter for a week at Luna Lodge. We both LOVED it: from the morning yoga to the trails to observe wildlife or the healthy (and absolutely delicious) food...We would sleep to the sound of howling monkeys. The massages were incredible too! This is a perfect lodge experience: we got to experience nature while still being... More

We loved the osa peninsula & we loved luna lodge! It's an amazing experience to be smack in the middle of the jungle with macaws, toucans, monkeys & a bunch of other neat critters... The jungle sounds are something incredible. The lodge only accommodates a small number of people, which I really like as I dislike the big hotel experience.... More
