Got the junior room/suite. Looked like a small house (for only 2 people). And they have even bigger rooms. The room had a kitchenette. The blender was a blast, we kept making smoothies. Attentive staff, even helpen me with some translation trouble. Breakfast and dinner are good. Did not use the pool but it was well taken care of by... More

Villa Mymosa is a great place to stay when visiting Manuel Antonio. Situated halfway between Quepos and Manuel Antonio it is very convenient to the park, the beaches, restaurants (although the restaurant at the hotel is very good) and all the activities. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and a bus goes by every 30 minutes. Taxis... More

I was on vacation with my family and I found this beautiful hotel in Manuel Antonio. A very quiet place in the midle of the mountains with great rooms and an awesome restaurant so close from the beach by car or by bus. A nice swiming pool and most of all , clean, affordable rooms, I highly recomend this beautiful... More

Literally stayed there less than 24 hours. Had a 3 night reservation and got out of it immediately. Really weak wifi, ants in kitchen, no tissues, no hair dryer, horrible water pressure, beds hard as a rock, walls paper thin, pool water so murky that couldn't see bottom, and breakfast was so-so. The worst part was the attitude of the... More

Hello, We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience in our villas, it is true we don't have hair dryers in the rooms, it is not listed in our amenities. We are always willing to help our guest if there are any issues. Our staff went to check the room about the ants problem you mention and... More

I was here for 5 days with nu wife and two children age 3 and 6. We had a great stay. The room was nice and big with lots of fans and a AC. The kitchen was ok equipped. The view from the balcony are just to another hotel - so nothing spetacular, the pool was a bit dirty (we... More

I could not have been happier with this hotel, I didn't pick it, it was a gift from my father but I loved it. I really enjoyed my 3 days staying at Villas Mymosa. The rooms are spacious with kitchenettes and basic kitchen stuff, which is great for families or those who would like an extended stay, to occasionally not have to go out to dine. Breakfast was included and was enjoyable. My room was on the first floor and just a short walk... More

The rooms were very spacious and the kitchenette adequately equipped for basic meals. Each suite (with the exception of the lower level), have two very large balconies. The pros of this property are the rooms, the pool, WiFi worked well, proximity midway between Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park/Beach (we didn't have a rental car and found public transit and taxis... We chose this hotel because there were five of us traveling in our family. We had one of the upstairs villas with two bedrooms sleeping two each + a single bed in the main room. There was plenty of space with two balconies and a kitchen (in need of updating for sure--but serviceable). A/C was sufficient in the bedrooms but... More

First, I would like to acknowledge and apologize for the water issue. On the night in question, our water pump failed at approximately 7 PM. To compound matters, our backup pump also failed. We immediately switched to water supplied direct from the national water system. While there was water, the pressure was insufficient to take a shower. We advised all... More
