The location is a quick 2 minutes to the beach, the bungalows are very spacious with hammocked decks. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the pool. This stunning landscape is also home to two parrots which are often seen riding around on guests' shoulders. La Posada is owned by a very friendly and helpful American. Located adjacent to Manual Antonio park and 5 minute walk to beautiful beach. Rooms are in excellent condition with all basic amenities. La Posada was eactly what we were looking for..... no fuss, great location, helpful staff (Mike is amazing) and fantastic price. The rooms weren't 4 star elegant - but they couldn't be cleaner and were super comfy. Everything the other reviewers praise is spot on. The bungalows are clean, beds are comfortable, AC is cold... Mike, Jonathan, and staff are wonderful- take great care of their guests. Bambi and her previous years fawn and the squirrel monkeys were adorable and a real treat to interact with. Really a wonderful place to stay. more
