Great pool layout and very cool water! If your in buildings off the road their quiet. But as mentioned by others rooms one to four are loud. Restaurant was okay, adequate but you will want to check other places. Staff are very friendly. Was very impressed with the air conditioning in the room, really reduced the humidity.

We stayed in room 22. Do not stay in this room if you want a good nights sleep. There was a very strange noise in the plumbing system. We brought it to the managements attention. They did try to change all the parts in the toilet over a number of days, but the issue seems to be a water pressure... More

The hotel Mimos is surprising because it is not much to look at from the road. But, once inside on the second level, it opens up to a nice courtyard, a restaurant right by the pool and is surrounded by beautiful trees. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a really good air conditioning unit and... More

Second time that I visit the hotel and my review just cannot be as good as first time. Our room neighbors had a "private party" until 3-4am so we couldnt sleep well. In addition there are limited parking spots so if you go out there is a chance of cannot park your car in the hotel facilities but across the... More

The price was on the lower end for the area. The room was clean. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good. I will stay here again. It was close to Manuel Antonio National Park. The staff was friendly

Why the Hotel Mimos doesn't invest in the limited maintenance required to make its excellent facilities exceptional escapes me, but its redeeming feature is the Mimos Restaurant. Michael and his talented wife are providing memorable service and tasty Caribbean inspired dishes which are consistently way above average on anyones' scale. Plus you sit up high overlooking one of the beautiful... More

The staff at this hotel are utterly charming. Kind, attentive, courteous and helpful. However, the hotel simply lacks an owner who cares. The hotel is on the road but that is not a problem as the guest rooms (as far as I can tell) are NOT on the road. They look over a charming garden with two pools and lots... More

Stayed here as part of a tour group. Check-in is at 2 pm and they don't seem to do early check-ins so our whole group had to wait half an hour. Once we got to our room on the 2nd level (right by the swimming pool), we were positively suprised- the room as well as the bathroom looked brand new... More

This hotel is located in the middle of Quepos and Manuel Antonio with a bus stop across the street which was convenient if you wanted to travel between both places. We stayed here as part of our G Adventure tour and upon arrival we were surprised that our rooms were not ready. We asked for an upgrade being on our... More

This is a nice decent place to spend a few nights. The location is not in the core but you can take a bus to/from town. Make sure to go to the grocery store and ATM as there are none around the hotel. Our room had 2 queen beds, no balcony. Our friends room had 4 beds and a balcony.... More
