The hotel is a bit dates, but the views are amazing and there's a great pool. I thought the national park was over-rated. There were a lot of scammers posing as park guides and parking lot attendants. The beaches near Manuel Antonio are nice, but if you pay the $10 to tour the park, the beaches are way better inside.... more

We just spent 4 nights at the Hotel La Mariposa and left reluctantly. This is a great hotel which gave us all we were looking for and more.
