Great relaxing environment. The staff was great. Rooms are sorrounded by rainforest, we saw monkeys, birds and a family of racoons near the pool area. Breakfast is a little small but the price was fair. Very quiet not for partying purposes

I recently stayed two nights at the Byblos Resort and it was a very good experience. As a result, I would definitely stay here again. The location is great and you can either take a bus or walk down the hill to the beach (beware of the, at times, step uphill walk). There is an onsite restaurant for breakfast and... More

The hotel was a 5 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk (downhill/uphill) to the beach. There are an abundance of restaurants and shopping along the way to the beach. The hotel itself had some slightly dated rooms but was comfortable. Breakfast was good portions and included. Their was a Bar/club attached that bad different events every night, so you did... More

The Byblos is French-owned and everyone knows how much the French love food, right? We had dinner here almost every night, the food was just that good. Highly recommended. Excellent service and ambience as well.

The staff at Byblos was so incredibly attentive and friendly during our entire stay. The property is tucked into the jungle a bit so it allows for a full immersion experience into the beautiful jungle life in Manuel Antonio. The bungalows are lovely and roomy (the beds are especially comfortable!), and the stand alone accommodations among the monkey playground is... More

We completely enjoyed our week long stay at Byblos! The staff were fantastic. Super friendly and professional. Eager to help with booking great day trips, give advice on restaurants, best guided tours, you name it. The restaurant has excellent food at very reasonable prices. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and they have an beautiful pool. The real treasure of... More

We stayed in the bungalows and felt like we were in a jungle with monkeys, birds, butterflies, etc. The place was clean and there was a beautiful floral arrangement in the room. The lilies were so fragrant we had to put out on the balcony. This attracted butterflies and the monkeys which we loved seeing so close. The restaurant and... More

We had one of the bungalows and felt like we could live here forever. We sat on the deck and watched monkeys, birds, butterflies, iguanas, and sloths go about their business. We felt totally immersed in a jungle atmosphere and loved it. The private bungalow was very nice with air conditioning and small refrigerator.. The staff were all extremely friendly and... More

♥♥♥♥♥ed this resort. Was travelling with a rather fussy friend who freaked out when a waterbug (it IS the tropics!) appeared in our cabana room, and the very friendly staff immediately transferred us with no fuss. Staff were great. Beaches were great. New Year's Eve was amazing. Just avoid the house cocktail at Si Como No!
