While our Motorbiketour in Costa Rica we had great experiences in Manuel Antonio. Next door to Backpackers Paradise, which is a great place to stay we found help with some bike problems . Spareparts for BMW, technical support and a tuff german guy who helped us a lot. Costa Linda by the way got the best food all over the... More

When I decided to stay here I looked up on a guide and here as well. My goal to pick a place to stay in Manuel Antonio was only the location. Nothing else. I wanted to stay steps from the beach and the park, and Costa Linda suited perfectly! And for 12$/night, even greater right! I'll list the positive and... More

Great location, WiFi was OK. Very good price, but quite basic. Could do with a mirror in a the room, and a more regular clean in the toilets. Toilet was quite far from some of the rooms, makes it a bit of a mission when nature calls at night. Rooms had good netting on the windows at least.

My sister and I stayed here 3 nights and had a great experience after our poor experience in Quepos (rude town). Close to the beach, close to the park, amazing $4 (2000 colones) breakfast. Our room wasn't horrible, our fan was very squeaky, but we just went with it and there were times when it would be quieter! Bathroom isn't... More

This place was fantastic. I got a private dorm for the same price as most shared rooms. There's a restaurant cooking up some amazing "tipico" meals, and free coffee. And you're a quick 2 minute walk from the main beach in Manuel Antonio. Awesome setup.

Just ate lunch at the restaurant after a morning at Playa Espaldilla. The fruit smoothies were delicious and cold! The plato tipico con pollo was delicious, a good portion and only 2800 colones! Que fantastico! The service was great. They speak enough English but practice your Spanish.

300 meters from the park and 100 meters from the beach, the location of this hostel haven was so prime. Its about a 2 minute up the hill from the last bus stop, the bus runs every 15 minutes between Quepos and Manuel Antonio for about $.50. As a group of 6 girls studying abroad here in Costa Rica and... More

This hostel was perfect! The staff was wonderful (especially Oscar), the food was amazing for an affordable price, and the accommodations were good. The best part is the location - it's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

So I was sort of scared going into my stay at Costa Linda because, although a local had said "it was the best hostel" of all in the Quepos area, the reviews made the place sound terrible. In reality I had a nice stay and have no major complaints. I stayed in a 4 bunk private room and the although... More

We didn't stay at the backpackers but we did eat here every day pretty much and the food was excelllent value well cooked and huge portions. The casados (miixed plates) and burgers were both worth haviing. The staff were very friendly and we loved the cocktails in the evenings too.
