We spent a weekend at San bada with 3 friends at it was just perfect. They even got a pizza for us in a local restaurant late at night!!! The breakfast is buffet and delicious. They have a rooftop pool and lounge really romantic or good for partying. I am definitely going back there as soon as I can!!

Just home from Costa Rica, and spent a night at San Bada. Six floors with a nice pool and bar area on the sixth floor. Another large pool on the property and very nice restaurant onsite. The best part, it is right next to the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park, and also has a tunnel leading down with a... More

This hotel has a lot of old world charm with gorgeous views and large rooms. Each room had a balcony where we watched squirrel monkeys playing in the trees. The bar on the roof has beautiful views of Manuel Antonio National Park and the ocean. It's perfect to watch sunset! And the best part is that the entrance to Manuel... More

A small group of us stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was in the perfect location, right next to the National Park! The staff was incredible- they were always willing to help with any questions we had. They also upgraded us to a beautiful room with a view of the water. There is no question- I would most definitely... More

My family and I stayed here a few weeks ago for 4 nights. We had a wonderful experience! The staff was extremely helpful and always wanting to know if we needed anything. Answered any questions and called the taxis for us. Rooftop balcony was a perfect place to relax in the evenings. We enjoyed the family pool and adult pool... More

Hotel San Bada is a gorgeous 5 star hotel next door to Manuel Antonio National Park. The amenities were quite nice - spa, small gym, restaurant, 2 pools… If you’re using the hotel solely as your base for exploring the park, you’re better off going to one of the cheaper hotels on the same block. If however you want to... More

We spent 5 nights and enjoyed the proximity to the park. The hotel has a family pool and an adult pool, which is nice if you want a quieter pool. The first 2 nights, we did not have wifi in the room ( fifth floor). They attempted unsuccessfully to fix the issue without success. They offered us an upgrade to... More

This was our first visit to Costa Rica and Manuel Antonio. From the very beginning the staff from the reception were so kind and friendly, they answered all of our questions. The rooms are big enough for a group of four people, beds are comfortable and the bathroom has a good size. We love this place because it has a... More

What a cool place to stay! Super cool architecture, reminiscent of India, tucked away right next to Manuel Antonio National Park. The rooftop bar and pool is a great place to relax and take in the views of the jungle and ocean simultaneously and for sunset time. Food was good. Rooms were big, clean and well stocked with the necessary... More

Just returned from another impressive vacation at Costarica, this time visited Manuel Antonio and stayed at the San Bada hotel. Perfectly located for exploring the National Park, just at the entrance, all mornings your party will be the first ones to enter it, or have an easy walk to the public beach. The interior of the hotel is stylish, non... More
