We stayed at this wonderful Hotel six nights Which is located right next door to the magnificent Manuel Antonio National park For two of our days stay we were visted by a troupe of Howler monkeys who camped out side our room This hotel is clean and has all the amenities you would want Right from the moment we arrived... had two pools, one on the sixth floor near the rooftop bar (which is a really nice place to sit and watch the sun set over the Pacific ocean). Restaurant was good, service was great. Room-mate was not happy with the bed though.

The hotel is modern and clean, with the amenities of a true 3 star property in the US. It's only an $8 cab ride to dinner anywhere else in Manuel Antonio if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant, and the hotel has easy beach access. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a 4 or... More

Located right at the gate to Manual Antonio Park and just a short walk away to the beach. The hotel offers a pool on the 6th floor (which is the perfect spot to watch the sunset) and one on the main floor with a slide. The Congo restaurant food was good and the service was very good. The resort was... More

The hotel was immaculate and staff was so genuinely friendly. Pool was beautiful and great pool and bar with view of sunset on 6th floor. Also plenty of iguanas lounging around! Food and service EXCELLENT!! Kodos to Maykel Cerdas and the rest of the restaurant staff. This was a great place to end our 10 day vacation in Costa Rica... More

Great location, rooms, facilities and staff. Especially enjoyed the adults only 6th floor area for viewing the beautiful sunsets and was impressed with the quality of the food at The Congo Restaurant. A tip of the hat to Maykel Cerdas, bar and restaurant manager.

This is a hotel that was built about 2011. A wonderful hotel and the right next to the park entrance. It is the closest hotel to the park and close to the public beach (3 minute walk) and the closest to the two beaches in the park. The rooms are roomy and nice, good air conditioning ( a big plus... The first thing is if you are in Manuel Antonio and be close to the beach you should stay at San Bada Hotel. We stayed at this hotel based on the good reviews about the location. We were not disappointed. The staff working there is attentive and polite with all the guests. The menu at the restaurant had a big... More

After hours of searching for places for our family adventure we decided to contact a travel agency and they recommended us this site. Hotel San Bada had everything that our family was expecting for our first visit to Costa Rica. We loved the proximity to the National Park and the area where the hotel is located. Our young family members... More
