We were looking for a luxurious, central location for our visit to Manuel Antonio and for that, you can't beat the Colonial Pacifico. The team was very accommodating at finding a reservation (we tried Tulamar, but it was full) and was terrific at setting things up for us--very timely on providing activities, directions, etc. Martha was terrific as our hostess.... The condo was so large and spacious, conveniently located and great views. We had two large bedrooms with their own baths, a great kitchen, large family room and large balcony. We could walk to restaurants, grocery and shops. The bus also stopped right in front of the condo. . Martha was incredible at setting up all of our adventures. She... More

The facility was outstanding, could not imagine better views or accommodations right in the middle of the action. I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with multiple couples or children.

The condo was VERY spacious and elegant. The covered porch was large enough to have all six of us spread out and enjoy the view in shade. The sunsets were amazing. Pool was perfect. We comfortably sleep six people in two large bedrooms and a fold out couch. Staff was helpful. Beach towels were aging but if that's the only... More

Pacifico Colonial was perfect for our 2 families with teenagers. We stayed in the south penthouse with 4 bedrooms; each with a bathroom. The condo is beautifully appointed with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The swimming pool is small which was a disappointment for the kids. The views are spectacular and the location is right on the... More

This was our second time to stay at Pacifico Colonial. The facilities are outstanding and the location is perfect. The staff is very helpful in arranging activities and services. The private balcony view of the Pacific at sunset is incredible.

My family and I spent our spring break in Costa Rica and stayed at Pacifico Colonial. We were welcomed with a gorgeous arrangement of flowers from Eilyn, and were totally blown away by our 3 bedroom condo. The place was spotless and comfortable. My favorite part was the balcony and the amazing sunsets we got to witness from it. Martha... More

Beautiful views from our 3 br condo but the units smell very musty and old. The bathrooms are traditional hacienda style and are very outdated. We had no choice but to stay here for one night when the volcano erupted in San Jose and our flights were cancelled. There are much better options in Manuel Antonio, keep looking!

Dear guest, Thank you for the compliment on the views from the 2nd floor. We are sorry you did not like the washrooms. The gold travertine countertops and tumbled travertine floors were brought in custom from Turkey to add to the colonial feel and charm at Pacifico Colonial. Although guests have commented many times they are extremely beautiful, everyone has... More

Wonderful place to stay, conveniently located and beautifully decorated. All the conveniences of home without the maintenance. Martha & Eylin were superb from my initial contact with them until we checked out. They kept in touch after our reservations were made and offered to book our tours in advance of our arrival. Strongly suggest you do that, especially during high... More

Not only are we hooked on Manuel Antonio, we love this place too. It was like living in a palace for 5 nights with a great view and wonderful staff. As other reviewers have said, great location and no better place to be if you choose to be without a car.
