They made us a great price considering it was low season $36/2pers. The jungle gardens were beautiful and the room was private and quite. We had moved from Cabinas Larry which was super noisy and with no curtains on the windows (for almost the same price), Jacaranda was just perfect!

Centrally located, clean , comfortable, adequate rooms. Mosquito netting, cable tv, good hot water, great little kitchen for all to share - well equipped and very clean. It's like my home away from home! I've spent many vacations with Vera @ Jacaranda, she has created a lovely, beautiful, comfortable and very reasonably priced place to welcome visitors of Puerto Viejo. It's right in the heart of the town but it's quiet and feels like its own little oasis. I can't wait to get back for another visit.

Quiet, great location really close to all the shops and bars. The place is really quiet, the only noise you'll hear it's the birds singing in the morning. A lovely little hotel away from the busy main road of Puerto Viejo. I had a room up some stairs with a veranda and picturesque view from the shuttered window. Only stayed here for one night as we already had reservations for 4 nights somewhere else...it was lovely..nice friendly staff, clean rooms and great location away from the main drag. Would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I came up on a shuttle from a stay in Bocas del Toro. Panama. We had no reservations and our driver recomended Jacaranda Hotel.
