They are not really cabanas but lovely, clean, spacious rooms with mosquito nets, free drinking water and coffee right next to the ocean front (not the beach though). Wifi is fast and on the balcony you can have a good time hanging out and listening to the waves. Great value for a great price.

We spent several nights here during a mission trip. Wonderful location near the National Park and downtown. Clean rooms with a great view. Nothing fancy but enjoyed our stay. We had a party of 15 and had varied expectations. Only a few were not happy here.

Here you will sleep with the sound of the ocean. I stayed uptstairs. I felt safe and peaceful. This was a truly beautiful place. The only thing that I would like to object is that Jenny's dog and her "friend" would not let back in in the night and inspite of the fact that I knew the dog for two... More

Took a backpacking trip to the Caribe and Bocas del Toro in early October. Had been to Puerto Viejo but never Cahuita. We walked from the bus station to the water, engaged Jenny in conversation, viewed a second floor room and we were set. Two nights in paradise, how I love Cahuita, great vibe, walkable, friendly and safe. The park... More

I visited Cabinas Jenny and took photos while researching monthly rentals in Cahuita. Jenny’s hotel is one of only a handful right on the ocean in Cahuita and is steps away from the white-sand beach, Cahuita National Park. Because of its location on the ocean, you will not hear the noise of the town itself, located steps away (the supermarket,... More

Stayed at Jenny's Cabinas for 2 nights in an upstairs room. The sound of the ocean outside my room was incredible. The mosquitoes were a challenge but everywhere in town has the same issue for the most part. There were nets you can use right above the bed and were in OK usable condition. I also used bug repellant beginning... More

For $10 a night where it was situated we thought it a great deal. Until we used the toilet that was smelly and didn't flush properly, the bathroom was full of mosquitos (even when we killed some they seemed to keep coming, maybe they were nesting in there), and noticed no screens on the windows (only window slates). So when... More

We stayed in the large second story room in a separate building and found it wonderfully comfortable and relaxing. All aspects of the room....construction, bed with mosquito netting.( that we didn't feel we needed) and bathroom was of very good quality. Right on the ocean.....not good for swimming, but a short walk to the park which provides good beaches and... More

Stayed here on the night of my birthday this summer. Jenny is nice, and the room was clean with all the "amenities" you need for Limon-style accommodations - big clean bed, mosquito net (none though because of the nice ocean breeze), shower and sink, fresh water, even a coffee maker and hammock on our own balcony! Dog is old and... More

the free standing wooden lodge is great... with fews of the sea hitting the shore.... but one thing that is really off putting is the owners two dogs that jump up at you... only if you go near the owner... otherwise they tend to stay away - shame becuase I dont like dogs so wasnt very relaxing stay having to...
