We stayed only one night. There was 12 of us on a college science filed trip. The area is beautiful. Close to the beach. Nice pool, work out area and a pool table. We only had breakfast and it was pretty good. Very friendly staff. Room conditions are average. I had warm water to shower, but several of my students... More

We really liked this hostel which was quiet & full of great flowers .sloths & frogs. Theres a lovely pool area & the beach is very close though further into town or to the national park . There are a few bungalows dotted about with quite basic rooms though our bathroom was lovely & big . One annoying thing was... More

We stayed here for two nights to enjoy some family time and relax at our exotic Caribbean Coast. We had a lovely stay at this beachfront lodge, with an excellent location, only few minutes from the Cahuita National Park and twenty minute walk to the touristy part of town. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and secure. The lodge has... More

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and ok rooms. The location is good if you don't mind walking a bit to get to the centre of Cahuita. Doesn't take too long though. Nice poolarea. Lots of frogs in the garden. Fun to watch!

Our group checked in quickly, the rooms were great, the pool was beautiful and the food was amazing. The owner made sure we were happy with everything. I had a group of 20 high school students with me from the US and they all LOVED this lodge.

If you're okay with basic but decent rooms in a great environment with flowers and animals at the place, and a small but very nice national parc ( many howlermonkeys, sloths, but also vipers and basilisks for instance) nearby, then go here! There is a small city centre with some nice restaurants.

Beautiful and quiet grounds with wildlife roaming through the place, they feed on the fruit trees and flowers. On the seaside, just outside of Cahuita village (short walk), with a beachfront gym. Nice bar and pool. The homemade pizza was very good. The front desk parrot is very cranky in the morning until it gets its cup of coffee...

Great spot to stay in chilled out Cahuita. 10 min walk to town. Very friendly, relaxing family hotel set in peaceful spot next to Playa Negra (Black Sand Beach). The ocean is invitingly warm. Our upgraded room was large, comfortable and very quiet. There are many native animals on site, including Sloths! So cool !! Negatives: Breakfast way overpriced, no... More

Rooms were nice, with a simple decor (fan, no A/C, screen door, hammock outside). Wifi in common area. No TV, but you shouldn't be watching TV here anyway. Hotel grounds have wonderful plants/vegetation + frogs. There is a pool. 10min walk from the main intersection with all the restaurants/shops. Hotel restaurant is a bit expensive. Driveway entrance to the hotel... More
