The Lodge enjoys a tranquil setting and is maintained immaculately,the guides are first class and the excursions well worth it,particularly the bird-watching trips. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to return. If you get a chance include this in your itinerary,we loved Costa Rica in general and this was our favourite place. More

The lodge is located near a 500 acre Sarapiqui Rainforest preservation area which is a short walk across the Sarapiqui River using a hanging foot bridge. The lodge is fantastic in every way...clean, beautiful surroundings with lots of bird attracting plants, food is simple and good. Even when relaxing on the balcony outside our room we could watch birds right in front of us as all the rooms are at first floor level.
