Room dirty, plumbing leaked, door lock flimsy, no air conditioning, lousy television reception, NO amenities as advertised, deposits required for phone use and for TV remote. Friendly helpful staff and great location have kept me coming back to this hotel a few times a year since 2000. Occasional disco noise and some small rooms are the major drawbacks.
