My wife and I had a one night stay at this hotel during our extended visit in Costa Rica. It was a stop over place between two long term stays. The hotel is quite nice and the grounds around the place are lovely. We enjoyed the pool quite a bit. The hotel is not fancy but that is fine with... More

We stayed 3 nights at Via De Florencia in Turrialba, Costa Rica. It's nestled on the side of a mountain among sugar cane fields. The view, staff and accommodations were spectacular! We plan to return.

We stayed at Villa Florencia for only one night as part of an Eco Tour. The front desk staff (sorry I can't remember her name) was extremely nice, and even turned on the jacuzzi (next to the pool) for me. We had a very early check out time, and since we would miss breakfast, she made/packed us a bagged breakfast,... More

Our group arrived at 3 am and were greeted warmly and shown to our very comfortable rooms. We slept well and enjoyed a delightful relaxing day by the pool, in the hammocks, and walking the short distance to a small village. It was a delightful way to begin our Costa Rican vacation. We did not need to go to town... More

Just such a relaxing atmosphere, that I would have loved to spend a couple of days there, but it wasnt possible. Being it's only a small... More

The hotel is really beautiful; we had a suite which was really spacious and roomy, super comfy king size bed and a semi private terrace with a hammock, a rocking chair and a beautiful view to the pool area. The bathroom was massively big, it has a big hot tub, WC, shower, some cabinets and a nice size mirror sort... More

This hotel is around 5 KM out of town, so you need a car or a round trip Taxi ride could cost up to $20. The grounds are very pretty and the facilities are nice for lounging! Rooms are clean and nice. The restaurant is very expensive for the type and quality of food, so expect to pay $25 for... More
