We searched for a pleasant and fun way to spend two days, and that is exactly what we found! Chad is a very friendly guy, and knows all about the area and central america in general. He answered all my questions and helped me plan a trip in the area. The house is really nice and I'd get a chance... More

We recently completed a trip to Costa Rica where we spent 2 days in the Orosi Valley. Chad picked us up from the airport and drove us all the way into Orosi (a great service considering the traffic). Once there we enjoyed a nice dinner, but a somewhat restless sleep given the mini-zoo of animals living next door. Chad helped... More

I recommend going on a tour with the adventure lodge even if you stay elsewhere. Chad is an excellent guide, he really goes above and beyond to give you a great experience. We will definitely come back and use Chad's services again. We took 3 tours with Chad: Goat Farm Tour- This tour was fantastic! It was a beautiful set... More

I had a group of 24 people at Orosi for a mission ministry work. Even though we stayed at a different hotel location, we used The Adventure Lodge for our one day outing that included White Water Rafting and Zip Lining. The Adventure Lodge did a fantastic job accommodating our entire group with this day of fun. If you ever... More

2 of my friends and I recently went white water rafting with Chad and had an amazing time! Chad was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were picked up and delivered back to our hostel which was super convenient and we even got to eat a delicious meal included in the cost which was already super cheap! Thanks again!

The Adventure Lodge is a cozy spot in a great location to experience the real Costa Rica. Chad took us on a historical/anthropological day tour that was the highlight of the entire trip, with perfectly-timed stops. Can't wait to come back again..

I stayed with Chad y Rosa for a 2 or 3 days in mid October, 2012. I had a ball!!! Chad, Rosa and staff went out of their way to make sure i had a great time. Since I was familiar with the area, I used it as a chance to have a vacation within a vacation! We BBQ'd, grilled... More

The Adventure Lodge was our first stop in Costa Rica and it was great! We arrived later in the evening and were greeted by Chad and Rosa's hospitality and a great meal. Chad is very knowledgeable about the Orosi valley area, as well as the rest of Costa Rica, and is excited to plan any excursions you want to help... More

My friends and I decided to plan a “girls” trip. Finding the right tour guide and sight-seeing itinerary is always a gamble. Prior to arriving Chad asked us about our interests, what we wanted to do, and most importantly our purpose for the trip. He was able to plan everything perfectly, from great restaurants with breathtaking views, to sightseeing, to... More

Chad is a great guy, and will customize daily excursions to suit you. One day he took us to an organic coffee farm, and we had an excellent tour. We will never drink a cup of coffee the same! Then Chad took us to a wonderful Italian restaurant for a nice lunch and a view. Another day Chad took us... More
